- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cups crushed Doritos
- 1 (14 ounce) can black beans drained & rinsed
- 1 (12 ounce) can corn drained
- 1 (15.5 ounce) jar salsa
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and ground beef, cooking until the beef is browned and the onions are soft.
- Stir in the chili powder, garlic powder, and ground cumin. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef mixture with the black beans, corn, salsa, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, followed by the beef mixture, and top with the remaining Doritos and the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve hot with optional toppings as desired.
