Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the French bread into cubes and spread them evenly in the prepared dish.
- Slice the peaches and distribute them over the bread cubes.
- Cut the cream cheese into small squares and evenly sprinkle over the bread and peaches.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread, peaches, and cream cheese, pressing down lightly to ensure the bread is soaked.
- Cover the dish with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, remove the dish from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
