1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 T. unsalted butter
melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch ground cloves
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
softened
1/2 c. + 3 T. granulated sugar
divided
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (21 oz.) can peach pie filling
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon, and ground cloves, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream with the remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust evenly.
- Top with the peach pie filling, spreading it evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to set.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the dessert chill overnight. You can also substitute other pie fillings if desired.
