1 package (about 10 oz / 280 g) graham crackers or thin

crispy cookies

1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries

sliced

1 cup (150 g) fresh blueberries

Optional: a handful of raspberries or blackberries


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream until it starts to thicken.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  • In a rectangular dish, layer a single layer of graham crackers or cookies at the bottom.
  • Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers followed by more whipped cream, repeating until you reach the top of the dish.
  • Top with fresh strawberries arranged like a flag, and place blueberries in the corner for decoration.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with additional berries if desired.
