Ingredients
16 oz (450 g) heavy whipping cream
cold
1/4 cup (30 g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (about 10 oz / 280 g) graham crackers or thin
crispy cookies
1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries
sliced
1 cup (150 g) fresh blueberries
Optional: a handful of raspberries or blackberries
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream until it starts to thicken.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- In a rectangular dish, layer a single layer of graham crackers or cookies at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers followed by more whipped cream, repeating until you reach the top of the dish.
- Top with fresh strawberries arranged like a flag, and place blueberries in the corner for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional berries if desired.

For best results, ensure your whipping cream is very cold before whipping. You can customize the berry toppings based on your preference.
