- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 medium carrots
- sliced
- 2 green onions
- sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared sheet pan and brush generously with the gochujang mixture.
- Arrange the broccoli florets and sliced carrots around the salmon on the sheet pan.
- Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Make sure to use skin-on salmon for the best flavor and texture. You can substitute any seasonal vegetables for the broccoli and carrots.
