- 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough 16 oz
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- green food coloring optional
- cupcake liners or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or spray with cooking spray.
- Slice the sugar cookie dough into equal portions and press each into the bottom and sides of the muffin cups to form cups.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers. Remove from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the cooled cookie cups and let set.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and mix in green food coloring if desired. Drizzle over the chocolate-filled cups for decoration.
