- 4 cups sliced mushrooms
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup flour
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp garlic pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Fresh parsley to garnish optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually pour in the chicken stock and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add garlic salt, garlic pepper, and onion powder to the mixture, then fold in the cooked noodles and shredded chicken.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, top with grated mozzarella cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

For a healthier option, you can substitute whole milk with low-fat milk or a dairy-free alternative. Feel free to add vegetables like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
