  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the rice, diced tomatoes (if using), beef broth, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for later.
