- Sriracha (2 tablespoons)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- Rice vinegar (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
- Green onions (2
- thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the bang bang sauce.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle any remaining sauce over the top. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For a different flavor, try adding garlic powder or lime juice to the sauce. This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables or rice.
