Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup huckleberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
