These Delicious Fresh Peach Fritters are a perfect blend of sweet, juicy peaches and light, fluffy batter, fried to golden perfection and finished with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 1/4 cups diced peaches
oil for frying
1 cup powdered sugar
milk for drizzling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches until evenly distributed.
- Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, frying until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with enough milk to achieve a drizzling consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over warm fritters and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use ripe but firm peaches. Adjust the glaze consistency by adding more or less milk.
