Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced yellow onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened and fragrant.
- Add the peeled and diced carrots and potatoes. Sauté for about 5 minutes.

- Stir in the finely diced broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes.
