Description
This Creamy Peach Tiramisu is a delightful summer dessert that combines the freshness of peaches with the richness of mascarpone, making it perfect for warm days.
Ingredients
Scale
- 5 medium Peaches (pitted and sliced)
- 1 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 16 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
- 24 pieces Savoiardi Ladyfingers
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sliced peaches, water, and granulated sugar. Cook over medium heat until the peaches soften and the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool to make the peach syrup.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and almond extract until fully combined.
- Briefly soak the ladyfingers in the peach syrup, ensuring they are moist but not soggy.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish, followed by half of the mascarpone filling. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and top with remaining mascarpone filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a twist, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top before serving. You can also substitute peaches with other fruits like strawberries or mangoes.
