Ingredients
2 packs OTOKI Cheddar & Mascarpone Cheesy Ramen
2 chicken breasts butterflied
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon butter divided
3 garlic cloves minced
¼ –⅓ cup heavy cream
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Parsley optional
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the butterflied chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and remaining butter, sautéing until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then add the Parmesan cheese.
- Prepare the OTOKI Cheddar & Mascarpone Cheesy Ramen according to package instructions.
- Combine the ramen with the creamy garlic sauce, then slice the chicken and place on top.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
