2 chicken breasts butterflied

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoon butter divided

3 garlic cloves minced

¼ –⅓ cup heavy cream

¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt & pepper

Parsley optional


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the butterflied chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and remaining butter, sautéing until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then add the Parmesan cheese.
