Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup broccoli florets steamed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Allow to reduce for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
