- 8 to 10 medium banana peppers
- halved and seeded
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- finely minced
- 2 green onions
- thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, sliced green onions, olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes until well blended.
- Stuff each halved banana pepper with the cheese mixture, pressing down to ensure they are filled.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
