  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter divided into two portions
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a skillet, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
