- 1 teaspoon arrowroot powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 12 oz gluten free pasta (e.g.
- Jovial Foods Tagliatelle)
Instructions
- Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, garlic, Parmesan cheese, arrowroot powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the blended sauce and cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce in the pan until evenly coated.

Notes
For a lighter version, you can substitute almond milk. Make sure to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
