- 2 ciabatta rolls sliced in half
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup basil pesto
- 2–4 slices of provolone cheese
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers
- ¼ pound deli turkey meat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Brush the cut sides of the ciabatta rolls with olive oil.
- Spread basil pesto evenly on the inside of each roll.
- Layer provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, and deli turkey meat on the bottom half of each roll.
- Top with the other half of the roll and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and slice in half before serving.
