1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter

1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups shredded coconut (sweetened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until set and golden.
- Allow to cool completely after removing from the oven.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the cooled bars and garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
