Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before drizzling with a glaze made from powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
Notes
For a more intense cinnamon flavor, you can add a bit more ground cinnamon to the batter or the glaze.
