Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the unsweetened applesauce, sugar, and vegetable oil.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the milk until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
