- 40 oz Refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 16 oz Cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, granulated sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice (if using) until smooth.
- Press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough layer.
- Drop the remaining cookie dough by spoonfuls on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheesecake is set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider adding chocolate chips to the cheesecake mixture.
