Ingredients

  • 40 oz Refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, granulated sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice (if using) until smooth.
  3. Press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough layer.
  5. Drop the remaining cookie dough by spoonfuls on top of the cheesecake layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheesecake is set.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
