Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken sausages and cook until browned.
- Add diced zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring well for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season the mixture with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked pasta, blending all ingredients together.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
