Ingredients
Baby bella mushrooms
Butter
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
All-purpose flour
Chicken broth
Marsala wine

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Dredge the chicken breasts in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add more butter and the mushrooms, cooking until softened.
- Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, then add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality Marsala wine for the best flavor. You can substitute the mushrooms with sliced white button mushrooms if needed.
