- 2 cups cooked chicken

- 1 cup salsa
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 can black beans
- drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, salsa, bell pepper, onion, black beans, corn, cooked rice, half of the cheese, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
