45 g greek yoghurt

70 ml milk

80 g frozen cherries

1 tbsp almond butter

1/2 tsp almond essence

Few flaked almonds


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, and mashed banana (if using).
  • Add the Greek yogurt, milk, almond butter, and almond essence; stir until combined.
  • Fold in the frozen cherries and mix gently.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish or ramekin.
  • Top with flaked almonds.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
