1/2 tsp baking powder
1 small banana (@65g and optional)
45 g greek yoghurt
70 ml milk
your choice
80 g frozen cherries
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp almond essence
Few flaked almonds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, and mashed banana (if using).
- Add the Greek yogurt, milk, almond butter, and almond essence; stir until combined.
- Fold in the frozen cherries and mix gently.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish or ramekin.
- Top with flaked almonds.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if desired. You can also substitute the cherries with other fruits.
