Description
These Cheesy Taco Sticks are a fun and delicious twist on traditional tacos, combining seasoned ground beef with melted cheese, all wrapped in flaky pizza dough.

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
5 sticks Colby jack and cheddar and/or pepper jack cheese sticks halved
4 tbsp butter melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning mix and prepare according to the package instructions.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a half stick of cheese on each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush each stick with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
