Ingredients
- Rotini
- Ground Beef
- Water
- Taco Seasoning
- Salsa
- Shredded Mexican Cheese (divided in half)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the rotini pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- In another skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain any excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add salsa to the beef mixture and stir well.
- Combine the cooked rotini and beef mixture in a large baking dish. Stir in half of the shredded Mexican cheese.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
