Description

Cheesy Taco Pasta is a delicious fusion dish combining the hearty flavors of tacos and creamy cheese, perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • Rotini
  • Ground Beef
  • Water
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Salsa
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese (divided in half)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the rotini pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In another skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add salsa to the beef mixture and stir well.
  5. Combine the cooked rotini and beef mixture in a large baking dish. Stir in half of the shredded Mexican cheese.
  6. Top with the remaining shredded cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your Cheesy Taco Pasta!

Notes
