- 1–8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 4–6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 10 medium to large banana peppers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, basil, oregano, pepper, salt, mozzarella, and parmesan. Mix until well combined.
- Cut the tops off the banana peppers and remove the seeds. Be cautious and wear gloves if needed!
- Stuff each banana pepper with the cheesy mixture, pressing gently to fill them completely.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and sprinkle additional grated parmesan on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is golden.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
