This Cheesy Hatch Green Chile Dip is a creamy, flavorful appetizer that combines the unique taste of Hatch chiles with a trio of cheeses, perfect for any gathering.

- 1 cup chopped mild roasted Hatch chilies
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted hot Hatch chiles
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped mild and hot Hatch chilies, mayonnaise, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the heat level by using different ratios of mild to hot Hatch chilies. This dip can be made in advance and baked just before serving.
