husked
1/2 cup unsalted butter
softened
4 cloves garlic
minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Optional: chili powder for a kick
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the husked corn.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove the corn from the grill and unwrap.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and optional chili powder over the hot corn.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
