  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; mix until combined.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt; mix until fully combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the center is set.
