- 450 g bread flour

- 10 g coarse sea salt

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled chai latte and active sourdough starter, mixing well.
- Add the ground spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, all spice, and nutmeg. Stir to combine.
- Incorporate the bread flour and coarse sea salt into the wet mixture, kneading until a dough forms.
- Dust your work surface with flour and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise at room temperature for about 4-6 hours or until doubled in size.
- Once risen, shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased baking pan.
- Let the shaped loaf rise for an additional 1-2 hours until puffy.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Once ready, bake the bread for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and hollow sounding when tapped.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
