Ingredients

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

23 medium potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

500 grams lean beef mince/ground beef

Lettuce shredded

Cheese dairy-free or regular

Pickle slices

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 teaspoon mustard dijon or yellow

1 teaspoon pickle juice

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Clean and cube the potatoes, then toss them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • In the meantime, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the lean beef mince and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • While the beef is cooking, prepare the burger sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
  • Once the potatoes and beef are cooked, assemble the burger bowls by layering shredded lettuce, cooked beef, crispy potatoes, pickles, and cheese. Drizzle with burger sauce before serving.
