Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Carefully cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, paleo mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast (if using), and chopped green onions until well combined.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each bell pepper until packed.
- Place the stuffed peppers upright in the baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with Whole30 ranch dressing before serving.
