Instructions

- Add the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, heat-treated flour, and vanilla to the bowl, and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
