Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and the dry Peach Jell-O. Add in the eggs and oil, mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the frozen peaches until evenly distributed in the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting by melting the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil. Cook for about 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Let the frosting cool slightly before pouring it over the baked cake.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing and serving.
