  • 1/2 cup (110g) Dark Brown Sugar Packed
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Soy Sauce Low sodium preferred
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Dijon Mustard Smooth
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 1 tsp (2g) Black Pepper Freshly cracked
  • 2 tbsp (8g) Fresh Parsley Finely chopped
  • 1 wedge Lemon Freshly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together dark brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Generously brush the brown sugar glaze over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
