- 1/2 cup (110g) Dark Brown Sugar Packed
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Soy Sauce Low sodium preferred
- 1 tbsp (15g) Dijon Mustard Smooth
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1 tsp (2g) Black Pepper Freshly cracked
- 2 tbsp (8g) Fresh Parsley Finely chopped
- 1 wedge Lemon Freshly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together dark brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Generously brush the brown sugar glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
