Ingredients

1/4 cup honey or agave
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 1/4 cup rolled oats

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
- In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce (or mashed banana), honey (or agave), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats until the mixture is evenly coated.
- Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, pressing down gently to form cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then remove from the muffin tin and serve warm or at room temperature, topped with yogurt or fresh fruit.
