Start your day off right with these delicious Breakfast Egg Bread Bowls, filled with eggs, ham, cheese, and fresh spinach.
Ingredients

2 bread bowls
2 large eggs
4 slices deli ham
or your favorite lunch meat
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
divided
½ cup baby spinach
¼ teaspoon sea salt
or more to taste
1 stem green onion
chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the bread bowls and hollow out the insides to make room for the filling.
- In a skillet, lightly sauté the chopped spinach and deli ham until the spinach is wilted.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with sea salt. Stir in the sautéed mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture into the hollowed bread bowls and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
