Description

Ingredients

45 peaches cored and cut into wedges. Leave the skin on.

1 stick butter (8 tablespoons)

1 ¼ cup sugar

3 eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup almond flour

3 tbsp bourbon

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  • Melt the butter and pour it into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle ½ cup of sugar evenly over the melted butter.
  • Arrange the peach wedges over the sugar mixture in an attractive pattern.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the remaining sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy.
  • Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour, almond flour, bourbon, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder until just combined.
  • Pour the batter over the arranged peaches in the pan.
