2 cups blueberries
2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons cold butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and flour. Toss to combine.
- Transfer the fruit mixture to a greased baking dish and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the diced cold butter to the oat mixture and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
