- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 ounces cream cheese or brie
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or fontina cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Flaky sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine blueberries and sugar, then mash lightly to release juices.
- Spread cream cheese or brie on two slices of bread, then top with blueberry mixture and shredded mozzarella or fontina cheese.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
