Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts OR pecans OR sliced almonds
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup maple syrup OR brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, milk, applesauce, nuts, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
