Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (8-count) package refrigerated biscuits such as Pillsbury Grands
- 6 large eggs
- 1 (2.3 oz) packet peppered gravy mix

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk

- Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Add the cooked sausage over the biscuits, then pour the egg mixture evenly over everything.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding spices like paprika or crushed red pepper. You can also substitute the mild sausage for spicy sausage if you prefer a kick.
