These Big Mac Sliders deliver the iconic flavors of the classic burger in a fun, bite-sized format perfect for parties or game day.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chuck
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 (12 ounce) package Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
- 1/3 cup Big Mac Sauce
- 6 (1/2 ounce each) American cheese slices
- 2/3 cup drained dill pickle chips
- 1/3 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- melted
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 cup packed shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix the ground chuck with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Shape the meat into a slab that fits the size of the bottom of the Hawaiian rolls, then place it in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the beef for about 20 minutes or until cooked through, then remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
- Spread the Big Mac sauce evenly over the beef, then layer on the American cheese, dill pickle chips, chopped onion, and shredded lettuce.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
- Return the sliders to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the rolls are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, cut into individual sliders, and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the toppings based on personal preference. You can also make the Big Mac sauce ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
