  • 1/2 cup white frosting (for decoration)
  • Green food coloring (a few drops)
  • Chocolate candies (for footballs)
  • White candy melts (for goal posts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini sheet pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Carefully stir in the hot water until the batter is smooth.
