- 2–3 cups cooked/shredded chicken
- 1 package Lipton Onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ cup water
- 2 cups minute rice
- salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Lipton onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, and water. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the uncooked minute rice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your casserole!
