- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, and beaten egg until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
- In a small bowl, prepare the crumb topping by mixing the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
- Spoon the batter into prepared muffin cups and sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over each muffin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
